Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide at no additional shipping cost. Your order can be delivered throughout Europe and beyond.

Are there any shipping fees?

International shipping is free. You will not be charged any shipping fees, regardless of the destination country.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the piece and its availability:

  • In stock: delivery within 4 to 10 business days.
  • In production: delivery within 10 to 30 business days.

To minimise waste, we produce in small batches and restock according to demand.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. It will also be available in your customer account.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

  • European Union: no customs duties.
  • Outside the EU: any applicable customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

We have no control over these charges, which depend on the regulations in your country.

LOUISE MARCAUD cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes or delays caused by customs and beyond its control.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments are fully secure.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

 

Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If an exchange is required because of a defect or an error on our part, we will of course cover the cost.

Our Fit Guarantee is also available. If your piece needs a hem adjustment or another alteration, contact us to arrange a complimentary bespoke alteration.

Yes. Our approach is based on:

Local artisanal production in France.

The use of existing fabrics sourced from deadstock.

Limited runs, sometimes made to order, to reduce surplus.
