What are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs are FREE to all countries in the world, Internationally. You have online tracking from your customer area for the majority of countries in the world
Product prices are expressed in Euros, taxes included but excluding customs fees.
For all orders outside the European Union, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
LOUISE MARCAUD cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments by credit card and Paypal are accepted.
How long can delivery take? How to track my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the product(s) ordered. This can range from 4 to 30 working days depending on stock.
We are a small structure, to minimize losses we launch small productions which we repeat according to orders.
You will find your parcel tracking in your customer area. This tracking appears once we have sent your package.
